Solution - "CDirectory Change Watcher Helper" problem

Someone asked about this problem from a forum.
To solve this problem, all you need to do is disable the NMBgmonitor from the startup manager.
Instruction:
1. Press start>run, type msconfig and click ok.
2. From the dialog, click on Startup tab and uncheck the NMBgmonitor from the list.
I post this solution here for those who have encountered this problem.
Everytime i shut down the computer, it's always shows this message "CDirectory Change Watcher Helper". Although it didn't affect my computer,however it's very annoying. Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
